is far easier tham when it's multi cuisine because with multi cuisine you have to be
careful about the line you're walking
so that it doesn't lean on any side. It can't be too Indian,it can't be too
oriental, it can't be too western. BUT it can be super
challenging and fun ! ANd it was ! Did we mention it's been planned on a
